Chanting, singing as the Mystics do

The refrain that “sticks in your head” can be a Blessing or a Curse.

Mantra is used to make a Blessing. Often when I am walking I sing one of several mantras so lightly that only I can hear. Doing so can Calm or can trigger a Happy feeling or one of Gratitude. You can hear me,

Chanting is a method to use a Refrain to move energy in your body and to cleanse one’s mind. The Mystical portion of each religion has chanting, often in a group. It can be powerful.
Amazing Grace by LeAnn Rimes is the first. Others in the Devotional Playlist include:
Buddhists chant Om Mani Padme Hum.
Sufis in Islam chant LA ILAHA ILLALLAH.
John Lennon chants, “Give Peace a Chance.”
Christians in monasteries chant, “Lord Jesus Christ have Mercy on Me.”
Hindus chant so many different chants and potential mantras. One of their most popular is Om Namah Shivaya.

At Pandora.com I have separate stations based on Sinead O’Connor, on John Lennon and on Billy Joel.

At Youtube I have a Sinead O’Connor Playlist.

For other customized stations, I sometimes use last.fm

To watch TV online I use Hulu.com …
