Pandora.com and Last.fm both can create your own internet radio station or listen live to their most popular radio stations.

Yahoo Music provides a lot. I use their Launchcast radio from chat using Yahoo Messenger. The Radio Stations include access to the most popular on land radio stations by Location and Genre and Yahoo's own exclusives like Love Songs, Country, R&B or Hip-Hop.
